How Can I Delete My Intel® Retail Edge Program Account?


Guides users on how to manually delete the Intel® Retail Edge Program account.

  • Unable to determine how to delete user's Intel® Retail Edge Program account.
  • Need to remove account for someone who no longer works for an eligible retailer.
  • Need to remove duplicate account in the Intel® Retail Edge Program.
  • Need to remove all records of an account from Intel's database.

The Intel® Retail Edge account can now be manually deleted from user's end. For instructions, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Intel Retail Edge website.
  2. At the upper-right side of the page, click the hamburger menu button (three lines).
  3. Under My Profile category, select Edit Profile.
  4. Click the Delete My Account button at the bottom of the page.

For requests to remove a duplicate account in the Intel® Retail Edge Program or totally remove an account's records from Intel's system and database, contact Intel Customer Support for assistance and provide the following information:

  • Intel Retail Edge Profile/Account
  • Reason/Justification for Request
