Description

Audio is not working on a laptop.

Resolution

  1. Determine if an audio source is connected through an HDMI functions, if not; follow the recommended troubleshooting instructions in the article below.
  2. If the audio source is specifically not working on a Bluetooth wireless device, determine whether the audio problem affects the Bluetooth device only by connecting it to another good known working unit. Contact the device's manufacturer for additional technical support if the problem persists on more units. If not, use the suggested troubleshooting steps in the article below on how to fix Bluetooth problems.
