How To Resolve Looping Confirmation Email Issue

  • Cannot confirm the email due to a looping issue

Resolution

The issue has been coordinated with the IT team and the investigation is still in progress. However, they have provided a workaround that might resolve the error.

Use the My Intel website to sign in. You will encounter the same message: Verify your email address,.Once you click it, you will receive a verification email. Once re-verified, you should be able to sign in. Try these steps while we are still waiting for an update about the root cause and a permanent fix.
