Description
- League of Legends will freeze once every 7 minutes during gameplay on a Samsung laptop with Intel® Arc™ A350M Graphics.
- This issue occurs on Intel® Arc™ A350M Graphics, no issue with Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.
- The game is running in DirectX 11 mode.
Resolution
Samsung is aware of this issue and will be fixed by the driver update in the future.
Temporary workaround:
Switch the graphic API mode in League of Legends from DirectX 11 to DirectX 9.
- Click Settings in the client.
- Click GAME under In-Game settings.
- Check Prefer DX9 Legacy Mode.
- Click DONE.
