Partners are wondering why one of their employees received an email that they can redeem their points. The article How to Redeem Points in Intel® Partner Alliance indicates that "Only the account Partner Administrators (Admin) or Delegates of Prestige and Intel Partners membership tiers can redeem points and process orders. Other members of the account must contact the Partner Admin to request a reward."
