Error: "The username or password you entered was invalid" When Logging In to Developer Zone Website

Description

Received an email from wsm-postmaster@intel.com with the following message: "our request for a Developer Zone Premier Account has been approved. Use your credentials listed below to sign in to Intel's Developer Zone" but getting an error message The username or password you entered was invalid after logging in.

Resolution

To access Developer Zone Premier account click the Developer Zone link in the email from wsm-postmaster@intel.com with subject Developer Zone Premier Account Approved. If the link is not working, log in through the Intel homepageClick  the person icon at the top and enter your username and password.

Enter the Username (provided in the approval email in the Username field) and your password in the sign-in page. Forgot your password? You can reset your password. If you have questions, see this FAQ page.
