Description
Unable to take courses or complete competency courses in Intel Partner University due to the following:
- Enroll button / Launch course button is greyed out.
- Enroll button / Launch course button is unavailable.
- Enroll button / Launch course button is not displayed.
Resolution
There are two possible reasons for the Enroll / Launch course button's unavailability:
- Technical website Issue. This is intermittent, and is usually fixed after troubleshooting. View the troubleshooting tips below.
- Clear cache and cookies..
- Use a different browser (Chrome*, Edge*, and Firefox*).
- Use a different device/computer.
- Use Incognito*/Private Windows*.
- Expired course subscription. Competencies and individual courses are subject to a 90-day subscription. After that period, you will have to request access from Intel Customer Support to regain access to the training content and provide the following needed references:
