Why Is There No Enroll/Launch Button for Course in Intel® Partner University?

Description

Unable to take courses or complete competency courses in Intel Partner University due to the following:

  • Enroll button / Launch course button is greyed out.
  • Enroll button / Launch course button is unavailable.
  • Enroll button / Launch course button is not displayed.
Resolution

There are two possible reasons for the Enroll / Launch course button's unavailability:

  1. Technical website Issue. This is intermittent, and is usually fixed after troubleshooting. View the troubleshooting tips below.
    • Clear cache and cookies..
    • Use a different browser (Chrome*, Edge*, and Firefox*).
    • Use a different device/computer.
    • Use Incognito*/Private Windows*.
       
  2. Expired course subscription. Competencies and individual courses are subject to a 90-day subscription. After that period, you will have to request access from Intel Customer Support to regain access to the training content and provide the following needed references:
    • URL/Link and Title of the course
    • Screenshot of the course page
