Display Adapter, Intel Graphics Command Center,

Description

Intel Graphics Command Center were installed when the issue started.
The screen resolution were limited to 1980x1029.
In device manager, the Intel® HD Graphics can't be found on the display adapter.

Install the latest Intel® DCH Graphics Driver and restart the computer to fix the issue.
