Description

Unable to access the Resource and Documentation Center.

Resolution

Below are the possible reasons why you are unable to access your account:

  • Your account's entitlement might not be properly set up in the system.
  • Your account might be deactivated due to inactivity for more than 18 months per the "Use-It-Or-Lose-It" policy.

Contact Intel Customer Support for verification of your account.
