Description
Unable to cancel my order placed on the Intel® RealSense™ Store.
Resolution
- Visit Contact Store Support.
- Complete the Intel® RealSense™ Store Inquiry form.
- In the Please select a Topic field, choose My Order from the picklist values.
- In the Please Select a Reason for Your Contact field, choose Cancel Order.
- In the Description field, include the order number.
- If the email address used for the order is different than the email address when completing the inquiry form, include the email address associated with the order.
- Click Submit request. A support ticket will be created.
- You will be contacted within one business day.
