Why Was My Intel® Partner Alliance Registration Rejected?

Resolution

If your registration has been rejected, you will receive an email that explains the reason for the rejection.

Those reason can include, but are not limited to:

  1. No email address was provided, or the email did not contain a valid business domain.
    • Intel will not accept generic emails with @hotmail, @gmail, or group email addresses like admin@companyname.com, marketing@companyname.com when registering a new account.
  2. No legitimate/functional business website was provided in the registration.
  3. The company name and/or business address provided does not match that found on the company website.
  4. The business is not involved in technology and thus not a good fit for the partner program.
  5. The FPGA Design Services role is limited to partners who meet specific criteria. If you applied for this role, your registration may have been rejected based on your line of business.

If the reason of rejection was not specified, contact Intel Customer Support for confirmation.

If the website is not functional, or if the company information is not on the website, provide the Business Certificate or Business License showing the Company information then contact Intel Customer Support for validation.

If rejection was due to invalid email address, provide another alternative corporate email address for registration with a format like "firstname.lastname@companyname.com" then contact Intel Customer Support for validation.

If other error occurred, contact Intel Customer Support and provider the following information for further advise:

  • Link of the page
  • Troubleshooting performed

There are some instances where technical website error is encountered. Try to perform basic troubleshooting like clearing cache and cookies, using a different browser, or accessing the site via Chrome Incognito* windows.
