Resolution
For billing inquiries follow the steps below:
- Contact Store Support.
- Fill in required details.
- Click Submit request.; a support ticket will be created.
- Attach the receipt(s) of payment that shows the multiple deductions.
- Make sure to hide or blur any personal details before sharing the screenshot of the receipt.
- Our team will review the transactions and reply with an update within two business days.
