Why Was I Charged Twice for the Same Order from the Intel® RealSense™ Store?

Description

  • Unable to get the order number after making payment
  • Amount debited was a duplicate charge

Resolution

For billing inquiries follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Store Support.
  2. Fill in required details.
  3. Click Submit request.; a support ticket will be created.
  4. Attach the receipt(s) of payment that shows the  multiple deductions.
    • Make sure to hide or blur any personal details before sharing the screenshot of the receipt.
  5. Our team will review the transactions and reply with an update within two business days.
