Error message encountered:
Resolution
Intel® discovered Foxit Reader v10 does not support Microsoft Information Protection; it is not compatible with Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication.
Users need to upgrade to Foxit v11.
- Confirm that Foxit PDF Reader is below v11.
- If running a lower version than v11, upgrade to the latest version of Foxit PDF Reader and restart the system.
- If the issue persists after performing step 2 above or if already running in v11, update the Microsoft Rights Management Service Client 2.1 application by referring to the Download Rights Management Service Client 2.1 from Official Microsoft Download Center.
