Environment

OpenVINO 2021.4, OpenVINO 2021.3, Open Source OpenVINO

Description

  1. Installed Intel Distribution of OpenVINO™ for Windows* and open-source OpenVINO toolkit Windows*.
  2. There was no cl_compiler folder in this directory <INSTALL_DIR>/deployment_tools/tools as mentioned in How to Implement Custom Layers for VPU (Intel® Neural Compute Stick 2)

Resolution

The CL_Compiler is not available for OpenVINO™ installations on Windows*.

The instructions detailed in How to Implement Custom Layers for VPU (Intel® Neural Compute Stick 2) apply only to OpenVINO™ installations on systems running Linux operating systems.
