Unable to get an exchange for Intel® RealSense™ camera with another model.
Resolution
- Exchanges can only be made for the same model. We cannot swap the order with another product.
- Intel will accept the return of any item in good condition within 30 days from the shipped date.
- If the product has passed the 30-day limit, the return for exchange or refund can be claimed only if the product is faulty and it is confirmed by Intel Technical Support.
- The warranty claim is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
