Cannot Change Fan Profile to Performance Mode Because BIOS Configuration Information Is Unavailable

When attempting to change the Fan Profile setting from Acoustic to Performance mode in the BMC Web Console, the following error message appears: 'BIOS Configuration Information Isn't Available, please reboot your system to get it updated'.

Rebooting the system does not resolve the error

• Set BIOS settings to default
  1. Press F9 and then F10
  2. Reboot the system
• If issue still persists, set the BMC settings to factory default
  1. Run the following commands using ipmitool

     ipmitool -i lanplus -U [userid] -P [password] -H [ip address] raw 0x30 0x02 0x43 0x4c 0x52 0xaa

     ipmitool -i lanplus -U [userid] -P [password] -H [ip address] bmc reset cold

• If above steps did not help, update the BIOS to latest version. Refer to Readme and Update Instructions.txt how to apply the update.
