Error Code 0x0000070 When Installing Intel® Graphics Driver

Intel® Driver Support Assistant says that there is a new driver available, but gives the error code 0x0000070 when it attempts to install.
This error occurs because the system requires that you use a driver provided by the system manufacturer instead of a generic driver released by Intel. Download and install the graphics driver that is provided by the system manufacturer. Visit Computer Manufacturer Support Websites for the list of system manufacturers and their support sites.
