Description

Unable to use Adobe Premier Pro* 2021 on my Dell laptop with an Intel® HD Graphics 5500.

Resolution

Adobe Premiere Pro's system requirements do not list Intel® HD Graphics 5500 as a compatible graphics adapter. At this time, we can only recommend the following:

  • Use a different system, one with a compatible specifications.
  • Contact Adobe, and ask for any possible workarounds.
