Description

The video memory capacity viewed using third-party software does not match the actual video memory capacity of the graphics card.

Resolution

To fix this issue:

  1. Find the Taskbar of the Windows 10 system.
  2. Right-click on the Taskbar.
  3. Select Task Manager.
  4. Find the "Performance" option in all available menus.
  5. Switch to the GPU(graphics processing unit).
  6. View exclusive video memory.
