What to do if the Intel MAS software does not run and the application GUI will not launch
An error message displays after trying to open/launch the Intel Memory and Storage Tool (Intel MAS), indicating that IMAS_GUI has stopped working.
Recommendations:
- Confirm if the application is being opened with Administrator rights.
- Confirm that no other applications such as antivirus or Windows* security are blocking it.
- Reinstall Intel Memory and Storage Tool or try the previous release/version.
If the issues persist, contact Intel support and provide the TDK.log file found in the Intel Memory and Storage Tool installation foder.
