Description
- Connected Intel® NUC11PHKi7C to television or monitor via HDMI to HDMI directly.
- An audio loss issue was encountered when using HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) and 3.5mm interface audio output on Intel® NUC11PHKi7C.
Resolution
Disable the ASPM option in BIOS.
- Access the BIOS (basic input/output system) for the Intel® NUC
- During boot, Press F2
- Click on Power tab
- Select Secondary Power Settings
- Uncheck PCIe ASPM Support
- Press F10 to save the settings
Turn off fast startup in Windows.
- Right-click Start menu
- Select Power Options
- Select Additional power settings
- Select Choose what the power buttons do
- Click Change settings that are currently unavailable
- Uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended)
- Click Save changes
Update to the latest NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver.
