Can I Change My Partner Role in Intel® Partner Alliance?

To better serve the needs of different types of businesses, Intel® Partner Alliance members are assigned a partner role.

Account roles are:

• Builder
• Distributor
• Solution Integrator (SI)
• Independent Software Vendor (ISV)
• Cloud / Comms Service Provider

To request a change to your partner role, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:

• Current Partner Role
• Requested/Preferred Partner Role
• Justification of the Request

We will coordinate with the Intel® Partner Alliance team on your behalf.
Allow 2-3 business days for the team to make a decision on the change request.
