Environment

ASUS with Intel 500 series motherboard.

Description

  • No audio output on HDMI or DisplayPort.
  • Check Intel UHD driver device manager has installed properly. 

 

Resolution

To resolve no audio output, follow the steps below:

  1. Reboot computer, click DEL to enter BIOS.
  2. Press F5 in BIOS.
  3. Load Optimized Defaults
  4. Save Change & Reset.
