Will Data Be Lost While Enabling Intel® Optane™ Memory?

As part of the enablement process, the data in the Intel® Optane™ memory is erased so that the module is ready to accelerate the new drive. It is important to consider the following:

• This enablement process will not erase any data from any other drives in the system.
• Intel® Optane memory should not have any partition (it shows only unallocated space), meaning there is no user data in the module.
