Troubleshooting steps to build ia_eisbase container during Edge Insights for Industrial (EII) installation.
Building ia_eisbase container failed with the following error during installation:
Service 'ia_eisbase' failed to build: The command '/bin/sh -c echo "$HOST_TIME_ZONE" >/etc/timezone && cat /etc/timezone && apt-get install -y tzdata && ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/${HOST_TIME_ZONE} /etc/localtime&& dpkg-reconfigure

The provisioning.sh script in the build directory fails to read the timezone and update the environment variable file.
To resolve, remove the warning message in the environment variable.
Change the following variable in the <installation_dir>/Edge_Insights_for_Industrial_2.4.2/IEdgeInsights/build/provision/.env file
