QR (Quick Response) Codes Are Distorted When Viewing on Intel® Integrated Graphics

Images and QR codes viewed with Intel® graphics driver 27.20.100.9466 or earlier are distorted, causing them to be not readable by phone camera.
This issue is fixed with Beta driver 30.0.100.9667 and newer production drivers.
