Description

Server is working fine but suddenly shows Correctable and Uncorrectable ECC Memory Errors and IERR errors followed by a system crash then reboot.

Follow Basic Diagnostics for Correctable/Uncorrectable ECC Memory Errors with Intel® Server Boards.
Update to BIOS version R2.01.0013 and later that has optimizations, which may help to reduce ECC memory errors.
