Description
Unable to deploy the Quortus VM due to an HTTP:412 error.
Resolution
The issue occurs when using the collapse over Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) Internet Protocol Security (IPsec). That is no longer used. An explicit IPSEC with Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) is required.
