Unable to Play Protected Content on Intel® Graphics

Description

  • The display's screen goes black when trying to play protected content from Amazon Video, Netflix, Spotify, and so on, and using a screen resolution of 2560x1400@75Hz with HDMI® 1.4 video port.
  • Receiving black screen after updating the graphics driver.
  • After updating to Intel® DCH Graphics Driver version 25.20.100.6471, the screen that is connected via DisplayPort* goes black and with HDMI the screen flickers. If uses the motherboard drivers the screen works on DisplayPort* and HDMI.

Resolution

There are possible ways to fix black screens received whenever a Windows* DCH driver is installed.
