System With Intel® Optane™ Memory Does Not Boot After Removing the Intel® RST Driver

System will not boot after uninstalling the Intel® RST Controller driver under Storage Controllers in the Device Manager.

Once the Intel® RST driver is installed for storage management, it cannot be uninstalled. Removing the driver can result in booting issues, drives not being detected in the operating system, and loss of data.
