How to Fix the Installer Loop When Installing the DCH Drivers?

After successfully install the DCH driver it asks you to restart the computer, however upon reboot the driver install window pops up and asks you to install it again.
This issue with the Graphics driver installer doing a loop after restarting has been fixed with the new Installer Framework which is available starting with Beta driver 27.20.100.9077
The new Installer is also incorporated in the newest driver releases.
