Though the Frames-Per-Second (fps) counter remains stable and above 30, Genshin Impact experiences picture freezing and lag while running on Intel Integrated Graphics.

1. Check if the system meet the minimum game requirements.
2. Intel has only validated and tested the game Genshin Impact on Intel Iris Xe graphics (i.e. the graphics controller found on laptops with 11th generation Intel processors) and starting with driver 27.20.100.8783 or newer.
3. Refer to the game developer's official FAQ for useful advice and tips.
4. You can also try installing Intel's latest DCH generic driver available on Download Center, but if the issue persists, try lowering the graphics settings.
5. Keep your drivers up to date and check each driver's Release Notes for news on game improvements.
