What are you seeing?

One of the following Error Codes was received when managing an Intel® Optane™ memory device: 0xA0070025, 0xA0070026, 0xA0070027, 0xA0070031.


How to fix it:

An error occurred during the Disabling process. 

 

Steps to resolve:

NoteBack up all data/files before proceeding with the steps below.

 

Try to disable from within the System BIOS by doing the following:

Step 1: In the system BIOS, locate the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology menu.

Step 2: Select the Intel Optane Memory volume.

Step 3: Choose option to deconcatenate.

Step 4: Make sure to select Preserve Data. It migrates the data on your volume back to the higher capacity drive that was being accelerated

Step 5: Choose option Start deconcatenation.
