How To Solve Windows Error Messages While Running Citrix?

The video driver regularly crashes in igdkmd64.sys with the error message VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE.
This is most easily reproducible using Citrix Workspace client.
Intel investigated this issue by attempting to replicate it using graphics driver 27.20.100.8280 (latest as of 6/10/2020), yet in all the tests there was no crash or BSOD registered, thus it appears the issue is system specific.
Consult with your computer manufacturer directly if they have debugged this issue using your system's exact configuration (e.g. same motherboard/BIOS).
