The screen goes black when the graphics driver is enabled.
There are several options to solve this issue:
- If you have a discrete graphics card, check with the computer manufacturer if the system supports a hybrid graphics configuration.
- If hybrid graphics is supported, try doing a Clean Installation of the Intel® Graphics Driver.
- If the system does not support hybrid graphics, then leave the Intel® Graphics disabled, or as recommended by the computer manufacturer.
