Resolution
Try the following tips:
- If both the drive and Intel® Optane™ memory module work, disable Intel® Optane™ memory at BIOS and try to access the data.
- If one device involved is missing from the system, the other disk goes offline the OS doesn't see it, so it can no longer be used. Try using third-party software to recover data on the associated disk.
