Green System Status LED blinks when system is running
Resolution
The Status light always blinking in the server’s front panel when a S1200SPSR board is installed inside a 3rd party chassis
To stop the LED from flashing yellow, please follow the next steps:
- Login into BMC (Open an Internet browser and type in the IP address that was setup in the system BIOS for the BMC Web Console).
- Once this page is opened, please click on the Configuration tab at the top.
- Click on the Alerts option on the left.
- When you get to this option please set the Enable SDR Auto-configuration to Disable.
- Now, by disabling this option you may go ahead and uncheck the option that is called Enable SDR Auto-configuration and save the changes.
