Intel® Server Board S2600STB on-board LAN not working using CAT 5 cables

When trying to connect the CAT 5 and CAT 6 LAN cables, the on-board LAN is not detecting the LAN cables.

There are no LED light on the LAN ports. 

There are specific LAN cables that will work for Intel® Server Board S2600STB.

These cables should have the following recommended measurements.

• 100m on augmented CAT 6 (CAT 6A and CAT 7)
• 55m on CAT 6 and best-effort using CAT 5e
