Description

With drivers 24.xxxx or 25.xxxx, turning on the HDR (High Dynamic Range) and WCG (Wide Color Gamut) option in Windows® 10 1803 and Windows® 10 1809 settings results with the display unable to properly receive 4K HDR signal, causing the screen to go black.

Resolution

Complete the available updates on the system for:

  1. The Operating System
    • Go to Windows Settings.
    • Go to Update and Security.
    • Click Check for Updates
    • Install the updates
