Steps to resolve black screen after closing Netflix* video
Seeing black screen right after closing a video that was playing from Netflix*.
To resolve issue where a black screen is shown after closing a Netflix* video:
- Install the latest version of the BIOS. Latest BIOS available on Intel Download Center.
- Install the latest graphics driver. The latest Graphics Drivers can be found on our Download Center.
- Play any movie from Netflix* after following the prior steps.
If the issue persists, Test another video streaming service such as YouTube* or Amazon* to see if the issue is happening with other sites.
If the previous steps don't resolve the issue, contact Intel Customer Support.
