What are the options if an Ethernet Generic Adapter needs replacement?
Intel does not handle warranties for OEM products.
OEM warranties must be handled by the Original Equipment Manufacturer, if this is an OEM Generic adapter, the warranty must be handled by the Distributor. This is because OEM products have different integrations and warranty support that differ from Intel Retail Products.
