After submitting the registration web form, the following message is generated (see below), but no actual email is sent out to the customer:

Please check your email for instructions to download your product. Note that this may take up to two business days

Consequently, the product does not register at the Registration Center.

Resolution

Support for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux* is handled by the Intel Software Team, also known as Intel® Developer Zone. Consequently, it is important that a ticket is submitted via our Online Service Center; refer to How to Create a Support Request at the Online Service Center for instructions.
