How to verify when a chassis slot does not detect an Intel® Compute Module HNS2600BPB and the node does not turn on
A compute node (Intel® Compute Module HNS2600BPB) is not detected in a chassis slot.
- Reseat the node
- Test the node into another chassis bay
- If node is installed in one specific bay move it to another bay of the same chassis
- If these steps do not help, collect system event logs. Instructions: User Guide for Intel System Information Retrieval Utility (Sysinfo)
- To submit the event logs, contact Intel Customer Support for servers and choose the desired support option.
