What are you seeing?
There is not enough space on the pre-installed drive on the Intel® NUC Kit NUC5PGYH or NUC6CAYS to successfully perform a Windows® 10 Update.

How to fix it

Free up space on the drive with the following steps:

Delete files in the Windows Temp directory

  1. Press the Windows key + r  to open the Run prompt
  2. Type %temp% then select OK to open the Temp folder in File Manager
  3. From the Home tab on the Toolbar, click on Select All (to select all the files)
  4. Press the Delete key to delete the files. (you can choose to press Shift and the Delete button to permanently delete the files.)
  5. If you see a pop-up window saying the action can't be completed because the file is open, click Skip

Perform a disk cleanup

  1. Press the Windows key +r  to open the Run prompt
  2. Type Explorer select OK
  3. In the Quick Access panel on the left, right-click on the C: drive and select Properties
  4. Select Disk Cleanup
  5. Click Cleanup System Files
  6. Click Yes to confirm you want to cleanup the disk. It takes a few moments for Disk Cleanup to identify items that can be safely deleted
  7. In the Files To Delete list, select the items to be deleted
  8. Click OK
