The system does not boot from the Windows Server 2016 installation USB drive.
Ensure the USB drive is formatted in New Technology File System (NTFS) and Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) Partition Table (GPT) partition for Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI).
