Enabling Vsync may fix intermittent flashing on games with 4th generation graphics.
Description
In games such as Team Fortress 2, GTA San Andreas, COD:MW and others the screen starts flickering violently if the Vsync is turned OFF or the FPS Limiter is off.
This issue was introduced in the Windows 10* Fall Creators Update.
Resolution
Update to driver 15.40.44.5107 or newer.
