Remote App Does Not Detect More Than One Host Device





The Intel® Remote Keyboard Remote App installed on an Android* or iOS* device might not detect multiple host devices if a corrupted Server_ID file is present on the host computer.

To resolve this issue, delete the Server_ID file on all host computers:
  1. Close the Intel Remote Keyboard software.
  2. Go to the C:\ProgramData\Intel\Remote Keyboard folder.
  3. Delete the file Server_ID.
  4. Open the Intel Remote Keyboard software.
