Connected USB Cabling Can Prevent Booting for Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems may use a USB cable for signaling and communication between the UPS and the server or system. The presence of this cable can prevent the server from rebooting normally.

When troubleshooting no boot, no video, no beep issues, temporarily remove all USB cables and devices.
