What are you seeing it?
The errors may appear when you start Windows* after reverting to a previous version of the Intel® Graphics Drivers. For example, when you go from a 6.x graphics driver to a 5.x graphics driver.
How to fix it

Select and copy the text between the rows of asterisks below:

Paste the text into Notepad and save it to C:\ as fixreg.inf. Be sure to select Save as type: All Files in the Save dialog box.

Navigate to C:\ in Windows* Explorer.

Right-click the fixreg.inf file and choose Install. No confirmation is given.

Reboot your system.
