Nothing Happens After INF Installation When Using Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility

What am I seeing?
During the INF installation process, the Install Completed Successfully screen displays even though nothing seemed to install on the system.
How to fix it
The INF installer displays the Install Completed Successfully screen when the Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility detects it is not needed. The product names in Device Manager already match the product names in the INF files.
